Maple Street Lounge started as a quiet dream — a place where neighbors could gather over something genuinely good, made right here in Baldwin County. What began as weekend farmers' market stalls quickly grew into the bakery and café you see today on South Maple Street.
We've stayed small on purpose. That means we bake in limited batches, source from local farms when we can, and never rush a proof. It also means we know our regulars by name and remember how they take their coffee.
Twenty-five years later, the philosophy hasn't changed: make it well, treat people right, and keep Maple Street a place worth coming back to.
